Marc Mayerson addressed issues of contract certainty and fundamental fairness for insurance companies in dealing with policyholders at the annual meeting of the American Property Casualty Insurance Association in Boston on October 20.  The APCIA is the largest, most important trade association for the property-casualty insurance industry.
