Marc Mayerson conducted a webinar for the New Mexico Health Care Association and the New Mexico Center for Assisted Living on strategies for addressing insurance recovery concerning Covid19 claims. Marc provided a similar private briefing for the Florida Assisted Living Association and the National Association of Directors of Nursing Administration in Long-Term Care.

 

Nursing homes and care facilities already are facing Covid19 claims, and Marc (along with two other presenters) provided helpful guidance for facility owners and managers to ensure that the maximum liability insurance coverage is available.
